When you send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email, your dog's name, your postcode and what you tell us about your dog. We use this only to call you back and arrange treatment.
With your consent we use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies and sends Meta your page visit and enquiry submission, together with your IP address, browser information and any campaign tags in the link you arrived through. We use it to measure how our adverts perform and to improve who our adverts are shown to.
In the UK, EEA and Switzerland these cookies are only used if you accept them on the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, and your new choice applies straight away. Rejecting cookies does not affect your ability to enquire or be treated.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email info@caninephysiospecialists.co.uk.
